    • We now offer free shipping service(tax included) for any orderes to the countries listed below:  US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany and France. It will need 7-14 business days of shipping time.  
    • For the countries that are not US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany or France, we don't offer shipping service nowadays.

 An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after your purchase. Please check the order details and confirm that the shipping address is correct. If not, please contact us at service@pawpawcrochets.com before your order is dispatched.

For order that includes multiple items, we may deliver it in more than one parcel based on inventory, with no additional charge. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping FAQs

Why the freight is so high?

This is because the international shipping fee is higher than the domestic one. However, orders over $99 will enjoy free shipping, and we are making efforts to lower the freight. 

Why has my order not shipped after a few days?

Normally your order will be shipped in 3 business days. If not, please check whether your order includes pre-sale items. You can also refer to "My Account"---"View Detail"---“Order Tracking”, where you can view all the detailed information on your order.

Can I Cancel Or Modify My Order Before It Ships?

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you have placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing. Please note that this will cancel all quantities of the item from your order. Only eligible items will be shown. If you do not see the “Cancel Items” option in the order details, that indicates that we are unable to process a cancellation. 

How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.
