Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase at pawpawcrochets!

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery(except for Digital Products, e.g, crochet patterns). 

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

-The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

-Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 

How To Exchange

If you are not satisfied with our products in size, material, or color, you can contact our after-sale service at service@pawpawcrochets.com. We will provide you with an easy exchange solution within 2 business days. 

 

How To Return

If you need to return your purchase, you can contact our after-sale service at service@pawpawcrochets.com for a return address.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns. We will give you a refund by the same original payment method. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.

Kind reminder

-Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.

-Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

Order cancellation

Your order shall be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of the purchase but before the shipment. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
